If I return merchandise, how long will it take to receive my credit?
We will process your refund as soon as we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Typically, the purchase amount will be restored to your credit card anywhere from 24 hours to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution's policy.
What do I do if something in my order is damaged or missing?
Please contact us right away! View our returns/exchange policy for further instructions.
Leebe must receive all returns and exchanges, including the replacement of missing or damaged items, within 30 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt.
Can I back-order an item that is sold out?
No. We experience a fast-paced turnover of styles and need to make room for new merchandise. The good news is that, with very popular items, the product may be reordered. If there's a product you really want, send us an email and include the item name, description, and size number, if possible. We'll let you know if and when it's coming back in stock!
Can I order by telephone?
Yes. Call 323-897-5585 to speak with a Leebe Customer Service Representative Monday through Friday from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Please have the items and size numbers available when you call to place your order.
Keep in mind that your order may be delayed because our warehouse is closed on the following days:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
What types of gifting options are available on Leebe.com?
We offer gift boxes during the holiday season. Just add them to your order when you're checking out. We will select the appropriate size and number for your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer gift-wrapping at this time.
